Wrong commitment

Dear c c,

I called dish tv on sunday many times for renewal of my

package. They offered me Titanum package which includes all the channel for

Rs3500 -for one years. I made the payment on line by my credit card.after making

payment I called again in evening time becz (utv channel & hd channel) is not

showing.now they informed me abt wrong payment, as it costs (5050 rs) for

Titanium package. I agree to pay rest of the amount executive mr dhiraj told me

is not possible. I d, nt know what to do. Becz I feel cheated. I made the payment

according to the c/care executive direction. You can check recording as I don't

know the name of executive.please resolve this thing.my account details are

below-now they providing this packages for less then six month.dish tv cheated with me.know they have my money they doing want the want. I want my money back I mail dish tv no reply form there.
