Due date for recharge

Today on 18.04. I have deposited an amount of Rs.320/- for platinum pack (Rs.325/-per month) under transaction no.94871737. I think per month should be 30 days. But in my case they informed me the next recharge due date is 15.05. which was calculated 28 days. I could not understand why this things was happend with me only.

You are requested to solve the problem, so that I get the dish-tv service properly.
