I have paid renewal charges of Rs. 300/- on 24/4 for my VC No. 01507933053 and till 28/4, I was enjoying silver saver package with colours channel. All of a sudden on 29/4 I received the message, and they have changes my package to Gold cricket and reduced the renewal date, which is not acceptable. Since last two days they are replying that your complaint will be solved within two hours. I have requested ever time to solve the problem and my position must be as it was on 28/4.
