My DTH account id is 3004957248. My STB stopped working since last saturday. I made a complaint through customer care. Since no one turned up, I repeated the the same exercise four times. Every time the customer care executive assured me that my problem will be resolved within 24 hours, once I even talked to their supervisor, he put me on hold for more than half an hour and he was claiming that he was contacting the bangalore area manger and assured me my issue will be resolved very soon. Today, morning the so called engineer surfaced but he went back saying he doesn't have spares and he will be back within an hour, even after 8 hours he hasn't turned up and when I tried his mob number obviously he was not picking the call. In between I also got a message saying your issue has been resolved and if still not resolved please call 810573188 (always busy or otherwise no answer!!!). These guys are making a complete mockery of the system. Do this company has some responsible people working for them? Does the upper management aware of all these things? I am really frustrated with Airtel DTH...
