Not able to watch channels

Since last 02 month, I am facing problem with Dish TV broadcasting as many of the channels are not able to watch. After continuous follow up, it seems that Dish TV Customer care are not able to resolve the problem.

On 7.09.2011 (at about 6.15 pm), issue was again discussed with one of the customer care lady & call logged for corrective action (Compliant No 68675052). But no one reported to resolve the problem & without correction I received message that "Your Dish TV complaint No 68675052 is resolved. We hope you are satisfied with the resolution."
