Echarge some other dish tv account

Dear Sir/madam,

I am a custemer of dish tv, when i went to recharge my dish tv account, Shop person recharged some other account & i talked to custemer care of dish tv, they are demanding several things, i gave all information to them, after collecting information from shop person but they are not solving my problem, this custemer care service of DISH TV is not custemer care service, it is a custmer careless service.
