Bad Service

I live in Chennai. My dish VC 015004453256. My payment fell due on 8 January. I paid on 4 by cheque and it was encashed on 6. Even after paying on time, the service was deactivated on 11. and still remains deactivated. Even after paying on time is this your kind of service. I think I made a bad buy.
