No Engineer for last 4 days - 1st complaint after product purchase

First time after Samsung TV purchase, I logged one complaint (8408398575). But even after 4 days, nobody came. I do not know where to dump SAMSUNG TV. I have decided not to buy any samsung product in future. Buying samsung product mean loosing peace of mind. Really BAD experience.
