Payment made for BigTV package

I paid Rs.1490 to m/s Appco marketing rep Mr. Pawan vide Axis bank cq no

978561 on 14 th November. Inspite of several calls I have not got my

BIG TV installed. Couple of times Shri Pawan had responded to my calls to his mob. phone (No.9311346270). Thereafter he just swiches off his phone or wont pick up. Once I called him from another landline, and the he attended the call and told me that the office would call me back. Then there is no response yet. The chque in question has already been cleared by M/s Appco on 18.11.2010. I searched internet for address of the company & could not find it, but saw ur website and surprised to see several similar complaits agaist Appco. Would you please help all of us the affeted parties in tracking out this apparently 'bogus" agent for BigTV.
