Non providing promised package

Dear sir,

As given information i have booked airtel digital tv dth on line.

my credit card has been charged Rs. 1600/- for providing silver pack with Goa Holiday package of 3 day 2 night by Virit intractive services.

i was promised for installation in 24 hrs.

i have called many times to your toll free no. but no satisfactory response is given to me.

i have contacted local dealer Komal Traders and Mr. sandeep your local engg. also.

till date no satisfactory response has been given.

i feel cheated by Vriti intractive company as well as your company.

I request you to dont do the mall practice to misguide the customer.

(though I was satisfied with Tata DTH services.) but in hope of better services I got worst experience in start.

I hope you will try to solve my problem or please revert my payment so i can continue my Tata DTH services.
