This is the 2nd time I am lodging compaint for the same issue. I booked a complaint 1 month back. But no response frm ur side. I had applied for closure and refund of my cable tv connection (Sub code KA00911228) on 10 July at ur Westhil Asianet office, Calicut, Kerala. I paid the amt Rs 1980/-vide rt no 668341 dtd02/04/09 as one year rent in advance. I used the connection only for a period of 3 months &10 days. Pl Pl do the needful. I am fed up with u people.
