Poor service and complaint redressal

Through your portal I would like to draw the attention of highest authority with regard to poor customer service, complaint redressal and malpractices by I control IPTV.With the past of many problem I

have faced I am forced to take action against them this time as again and again I have to go through the setback

caused by their incompetency.

Whenever I am faced with any problem i file complaints with their customer care no 011-2990000, they register the complaint and promise to rectify the problem in 24 working hours, these problem in many case has never been rectified in those 24 working hours unless their working hours are less than 2 hrs per day. The person on customer care says that we have no other place where we can register our complaints and grievances i, e we can only call them again and again with no solution but the urgent reminders that they send every time without any use, the feedback email is perhaps non existing as they hardly respond. And even when their technician arrive after many days more often than not he is without the things required to rectify the problem which means they will go and we have to make complaint again and go through the miseries again.

Besides that at the time of making payment they are the first one to visit you even in the most awkward and undesirable timings without even informing you. What i want to bring to the picture here is the differences in the working hours for payment collection and complaint redressal.

With regard to the channel they provide they make us watch slew of those channels that are useless for us and we have no choices to make as to what we want to see. It has been experienced again and again that when we want to watch a particular channel it goes off air without prior notice (mainly with sports channel). The sounds on many channel are poor and mixes with some other voices, the quality of signals is very poor and even poorer when the weather is not good are few of many problems that we are facing with the service.

With so many issues and problem and no proper means of complaint redressal from I control IPTV, I hope to see some acton from your side as soon as possible so that other customer including me and new customer that the service provider lure with false promises and claims do not have to face what I am facing.
