I was sent message that my recharge is due on 20th of August. But my connection was deactivated on 16th of August at 7:40 PM. - When I called the customer care, I was told that the date was changed for some reason, but message could not be conveyed. But However I have to pay a penalty of Rs. 21 as activation charges. Was it my fault that I was given 20th August to recharge?

Again I asked, if for whatever reason the deactivating date they fixed 16th August, they should have done it at 12 PM. Why did they do at 7:40 PM. The representative told that he if sending my complaint and I will have a call back from them within 15 minutes.

I waited for more than one hour and called hem back, for no use but long hold ons again.

I have complaint that they can not deactivate my connection without prior notice, that also just at prime time of tv watching. Also, I should not be charged the penalty for their wrong message about recharge date.

It's not first time, we have suffered such things before also. We have paid deactivation charges several times as they have their own strange way to calculate the due date, where as we pay at monthly basis.
