Document not delivered on time

Despite several follow-up with your Guwahati Office no one is aware about the document against CN no 235728923 dated 14.06.2011. While talking at 1.15 pm today at 0361 2462233 one lady named Ms Rekha behaved too rude & was giving wrong statement about the same. Ultimately when she was proofed wrong she was giving the entire blame on the delivery boy, where we are not concern at all. As we know the reputation of Track on Courier, we deal with you. We will always welcome decent ingnorance from your people about service/ business rather than behaving so; will will definetely look for alternative service provider...!!
