Failure to terminate my account and give the refund back - eternal delay

Hi,

I have requested for termination of my account from two months.

Everytime I follow it up either by phone or mail, I get the same apology and same respnose saying it will be done in next 3 days. So far, nobody has ever turned up to collect the instrument and I am not hopeful of my getting my refund back seeing this eternal delay. Highly disgusting behavior exhibited.
