Complaint Regarding Customer Service

Dear sir,

I Bought Onida Thunder 29" last week i, e Sunday 07.11.2010 from Virupakshi Shop Belgaum, on monday TV has got off. on tuesday i given Compalaint at Onida Service Center, Belgaum Complaint No L-2620. Till now they dont have taken action regarding my Complaint, so i m not understand what do,
