Overcharging without service

I had given a complaint earlier regarding this. they have charged me for services not provided from December to May.they are not resolving the issue, yet send their collection guy who is abusive and nasty and creates a scene every time he lands up a couple of times in a month.some onlooker must be thinking we are the guilty party.
