No installation

This is the 4th time im writing an email, 7th times i call you guys and spoke to your managers there has been no installation by you people and there is no response and i got to say your service is the worst if you people want to contact me my number is 9920166760 the name is MANAN MITTAL and id is 3008039335 the last time i wrote a email you people spoke to me and said you people will install it but there is not installation.i think i need to go to the consumer court only then you people will install.it has be 4 months since i have applied for an installation and you people confirm the time and date and there is no installation.
