Instillation and activation is very pathatic

Dish tv Services is very bad we applied the connection for 2 nd nov my ticket booking number is 2333106 many time we talk to customer care the executive are say is will be installed with in 72 hours to 120 hours but its installed on 10 th nov till date its not activated my vc number is 01517860812.

Dish tv company employee are too lazy to response the customer we already send the mail to nodal officer of delhi but he didnt replied the same last 10 day i call to several time to customer care and remminder to given in mail but no one can responsed the same.

thats mean we go to cunsumer form to complane the same the take a action for the same
