Display not wroking properly

Sub: Samsung LCD display problem LA 32C450ELLx1 Serial number MPHY3PBZ902487A

dear sir,

I procured the LCD and before completing 2 years its display was out of order. I complained to service cetre as well as CEO office. No response is able to explain why the display went out of order within short time of 2 years. Response only mentions that we can do this offering 25% discount. No efforts are being made to find out the cause for quality problem.

This was not expected from reputed companies like Samsung. Now it seems that company is not bothered about customer satisfactions and mouth publicity..

You may be thinking that i am just writing this for my selfishness, Please try to put yourself in my place and realize situation.

To purchase the LCD of Samsung we have already paid approximate 10 thousand rupee more than other brands, this we have done believing that samsung means quality. With the pc i got and your response, the belief is getting shake

I really now at a stage that WHY I PURCHASED SAMSUNG BRAND LCD .?

i understand from your mail that being at CEO office also you can only refer to service department for repair but not accept that it is inferior quality manufacturing defect or poor quality of inputs being used.

I really do not understand how the company like samsung can behave like this. Saleing the defective pc and then offering discount without bothering about customer status

I hope that company should voluntarily take care of loyal customers and give free replacement for such defects for which customers are not responsible at all.

If company really cares for customer they will respond positively.
