Renewal problems!

I tried to renew my dishtv subscription for VC No. 01501257594 using www.dishtv.in and ITZ dishtv cash cards worth Rs. 600. After entering the cash card details I got the message that transaction has failed. But upon checking the ITZ website I discovered that already payment has been made to DISHTV B2C. But my account does not show the 600 Rs. amount added to the balance.
