Airtel Service for digital TV and prepaid mobile plans

I have 3011280470 airtel digital connection, i have been cheated at the time of taking the connection. I had a ready set up as a result did not opt for 10mts wire which comes along with the package for a new connection. i was told by the technician to claim 120/- against it from the dealer, its more than 2 mths now neither the dealer not Airtel is bothered to refund me the money.
