I am Pramodh,

I took airtel digital tv connection at jamnagar and recently got transferred to Mumbai, Upon relocation I have been requesting airtel customer care since last 4 months for reinstallation of digital tv services at my new address. Every time I call them answer is " today engineer will attend and solve the issue".

Now when I am asking to refund initial charges of availing airtel hd connection (Rs .3000), Answer is "back office people will call today and settle the issue". From last one week same story is being repeated.

I want refund of whole of Rs 3000 which was charged from me.
