Refund of Airtel DTH connection

I had requested for an Airtel DTH connection at my below flat address, by paying Rs.1440/- on 06th Sept.

T24, Flat No. 601, Amanora, Hadapsar, Pune – 411013.

Product Id is 8025

On 23rd Sept, I received an email from airtel.care@vriti.com stating that installation is not possible in my area due to "signal problem" and that they have put my case in refund process.

Even after repeated reminders, I have not received the refund.
