Dear Sir
I have been using Airtel Digital (account NO 3000460771) for last 2 years
I had requested for 12 months mega rental in the month of January wherein my 6 months rental was in force and i was told repeatedly that the renewal can be done on request after expiry of current subscription
After lot of calls my rental was renewed for 12 months but not from date of expiry but before that
Subsequently I had deposited additional money in my account and ordered for additional top ups
I always ensured positive balance in my account and no time I saw negative balance
Few days back I received that my subscription is expiring on 11th September and I was shocked
I called helpline no of time and was told that because of top ups my account validity has reduced
How is that i do not yet understand
When i have paid full for 12 months mega pack rental and additional money for top ups and still I have positive balance in my account how can my subscription be reduced by 6 months
Now all my top ups have been cancelled to bring back my original validity as per customer care
Is it a fair trade practice?
I now fear for subscribing to top ups and thinking seriously to change to other service providers unless my apprehensions are clarified
I have been under stress for your bad customer support
Hope I will be addressed adequately ASAP
