Airtel DTV activation service delay

Hi,

We have taken the DTH connection on 5th September from Total mall, Madiwala. The package was for 2560 and we were told that service will be free for six months with two south indian languages (Malayalam and Tamil).

But till now the service is not activated and we are getting the message that recharge should be done with the error code 6. Whenever the call up the customer care, service center and the dealers they are not responding. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.
