21 days i lost my services due to Airtel guys

Dear Team,

This is with reference to the customer Id 3003059397, which I was recharged on 18th July but from 18th it was not working and the same day I was registered a complaint regarding the same with Complaint Number : 3335450 but there is no revert from Airtel as of now…..

After 10days when I called to Airtel customer care then they told me that they already close the same call I don’t know with resolving the complaint how can one close thy call.

Today again I registered a Complaint Number: 3419330 for the same. But again there is no revert from ………………….

There is such a pathetic services in AGRA, who will continue with AIRTEL DIGITEL ……….

Kindly look at this and realize my 10 days in the next month billing.
