Worst Support by Airtel Digi TV - No one attends the call and no one comes for de/re-installation

Hi,
This is Shalini from Bangalore. I own a Airtel Digital TV.

I had asked for the shifting of the Airtel Digital TV on Oct 1st. So asked for the de-installation at my old address. Till now no one has turned up for the de-installation. I have taken back my set top box and wires. Only the antenna is lying in old house. The Service Request has been closed without even getting the work completed which is really annoying. Since 3 days I'm not able to call the Customer care also, it will take you the menu and when i choose the option to talk to customer care executive the call doesn't get connected instead they cut it. I do not have dish connection since 15 days. There is no reply to any mails also. The thing is even though I'm not able to use the Digital TV the monthly rental is getting deducted on a daily basis.
Please see that i get the dish connection back by tomorrow i.e., on 16th Oct'10 along with the amount they have deducted all these days. If i don't get it back, i will complaining against them in Court. This is a serious and strict warning.
