Distorted picture in channel colours, sony pix, MGM english for past 3 months. Reported to customer care during call recieved about new tariffs of economy pack. Assured by the same about rectification of defect at the earliest.

Complaints to Mr.sandeep-9805865113 and Mr sunny[jassur]-9816420888 even after giving ample time and opportunity were not attended and niether was any complaint no. issued.

Request to intervene immediately.
