I m ruchi i have reg a comlaint on 15 july com no is3308323 he assured me com will be solved till 10.30 am tomorrow no body has come tillafternoon again rang a lady aparna told me with in 4 hrs comp will be solved on 16 july evening again called on customer care he told me to call dealer i tried 10 no given then i talked to mrs thukral9411920000 he told me we r dealers we r not responsible 4 that i reqested then said tomorrow iwill send a boy and ask him service center no. dont call him again when no body has come i call him again he didnot pick ph finally at5.30 pm a boy has come went on terrace comes with in a min ask 100rs for doing this i refused then he said account se cut jayege one more thing i want to tell u that from last 3 days we dont have network but they r substrating charges my cust id is 3001845429
