The worst service people in this world

I had taken the Airtel DTH service from Chennai in 2008 and whenever there is some issue we have to fight like a war to get the things happen. I think their management is least bothered about the service they are offering, otherwise they would have been thrown out by this time. The worst ever service in this world is Airtel DTH.

Recently I has shifted from Chennai to Thiruvananthapuram and updated their customer care about this and requested for an installation at the new premises. They given interaction ID and and other stuff along with dealer number to contact. I contacted that respective dealer and appraised the matter. From July 5th, I am behind this foolish dealer and the customer care. Every time I used to get an assurance saying it will be done today evening. Almost ten days over still no fools have attempted the matter. Today again i contacted customer care, they even issued complaint number saying sorry for what happened and reassured that things will be alright by today evening. Still no use. Now i have mailed the nodal officer of Kerala. Let me wait and hope that he/she react for my issue rather than like those senseless animals who had contacted upto now.
