Not doing the installation

I have booked a connection in AIRTEL DIGITAL TV on 13-03. But till now no installation was done. A AIRTEL DIDITAL TV representative came to my home on 16-03 by 2.30PM and the have removed all the electrical junctions and removed the connection between the TV and the DVD played and kept it on the ground. They have left the electrical switch board opened with all the power wires hanging. The person who made this has this mobile number 9677097958. I have raised the complaint with the customer care 12150 and the complaint number is 2204795. Too wost service.
