Delay in installation and no progress after making several calls to customer care

I have made an online booking for digital TV connection on 30th of March and been commited that connection will be activated withing 48 hrs of time frame. Till now my digital TV connection is not active and I have no phone call from the department. I have paid the money on 30th march itself and still waiting for connection to be active and working properly.
