Inefficient customer care

I have two Airtel digital TV connections.

The customer care is inefficient and do not take complaints.

They talk through and finally cut the call. airtel does not have the option where a senior can be contacted. Inspite of calling many times and many executives cutting my phone finally I complained about the executives and finally the smart executive named Sameer put me to a Supervisor who never picked up (I know he put me to a blank call).

Previous executives like rajesh cut my phone.

These guys in airtel are not bothered they just do not have an option in their website where you can give a complaint about the customer care.

They deactivate whenever they want and at the same time charge for the same.

Where are the senior airtel people not listening to customer complaints.
