Efusing refund on advance payments

Dear Sir,
I was having Airtel Dish since last three years or so. Customer ID3000 1540 18.In the last week the channels were over-lapping and no clear picuture was available on
my TV. I have made comlaint in the last week of April. It is stated that it may be
a local problem, get chacked dish and cable connection.it was found accurate. There was problem in set-top box. They didn't depute any technician to check. Ultimately
I have taken fresh connection of Airtel at the cost of Rs.l597/ on 5th may. And
on 3rd may I had informed that pl.discontinue my services and refund blance which
was Rs.169//They are refusing even they are not prepared to add that balnce in my
present connection which is obtained in the identical name and place. From this
con I have received plathoria of incorrect messages stating that there is no sufficient
balance and services may be discontinued. One incident is surprising to-day I have
made recharge of Rs.100They have confirmed but they have admitted this recharge
in old ID.In past I had not made in recharge for espn although I had recieved sms
stating that top-up has been made and deduction of Ra.30/- tax was deducted from
my balance. On complaint they have accepted that the re-charge pertains to some
Hariyana customer. But they did not allow reverse credit. Not even started channel
espn. On the first day it was made clear to them that I am not going to order for
film or top-up. I am only interested in small value Rs.127/ taxes, therefore ignore
any top-up.
2. On the facts stated above, I have to request you to do something to help me
because I am aged 70years and not keeping well.
