Not received rs. 250 recharge as per trip advisor offe

My Airtel Digital tv Customer Id is 3001136770. As per above there was an offer from trip advisor site to review 3 hotels and we will get Rs. 250 recharge within 21 working days. I reviewed 3 hotels as per the offer before closing date i.e 20 th May. The offer closed on 20th May and since then it has been a month and haven't received any recharge or intimation from either airtel or trip advisor. I complained on airtel customer care many times but was in vain.

Are they cheating, is this fake??
