AIRTEL DIGITAL TV
No refund despite many followups

Hello,

I am Narender Singh Uppal, I had purchased Airtel Digital TV Customer ID No. 3001201554. Since the installation of Set top box, I started facing problems with regular breakdown of settop box and LNB. My experience with their customer service is so pathetic, I am no more interested in dealing with such an organisation. There were multiple failures in set top box and Dish LNB that I have lost count now. I have had multiple communications telephonic as well through emails and every time I received an autoreply from them that my complaint is being looked into and will be resolved to my satisfaction which never happened. Finally after a lot of mental harrasment and torture at their hands I decided to ask them to take back their substantard product (with equally poor service) and refund the amount back to me.

I have never seen such a shameless organisation and rude staff who does not have any sensitivity towards senior citizens like me. Can you plaese help me in filing a legal case against them?
