Dealer not crediting my account

Airtel Digital TV: Account no 3005307497

Have paid R.4565/- to dealer Pawan Electronics (Mumbai 89) for a whole years subscription. The payment was made in March. Dealer is not crediting my account for the said amount and is only recharging for the minimum amount which lasts us for less than one month. Now he is refusing to take my calls. As a result I've had to reacharge for Rs.250/- from another dealer.

I have tried calling Airtel customer care numbers, but there is no human interface where I can register a complaint.

I work for the Times of India and am in the process of writing about Airtels callous attitude and the dealers cheating ways. If I still do not get a response, I will most definitely contemplate legal action.
