Setup box not working

I got problem with setup box and the following is the summary of how Relaince Big TV Customer care troubled me.

1. On June 4th I gave a complaint about my setup box and Service Request No is 154087891.

2. On June 6th. No one attended to my issue and it was not solved.

3. On June 7th at 10:00pm i gave complaint about the same.

4. On June 8th I called customer care and they said it was in process.

5. On June 9th I called customer care and they said it was in process.

BIG TV customer care gave lot of pressure, tension and charged the amount without providing the service and also deducting my account every day with out watching or using your services or channels.

and Still the problem is not solved and can some one help me out how to address this issue. Can I goto consumer court.
