No response from customer care

Dear Airtel digital TV,

i am a subscriber of airtel digital tv from some 7-8 months, after a storm dish of DTH misplaced from its original position because of that 'no signal' is coming and error code B001 is showing.

that is my problem. but main thing is that i have been complaining this issue from about one month and all they say is "Engineers will reach at your home tomorrow 3 pm and repair it"!!

i am veery disappointed from this response i cant watch tv and my money of recharge is geting over

Now i am gonna take help of court we are preparing to send notice to consumar forum for fooling people on name of customer care . if you are unable to send anybody between 10-11 june it would be not good for you people i will change my DTH too!!!
