HI,

My set top box was discarded after rain. I called the engineer, he told that the set top box was discarded and you have to pay for installing a new set top box.

I told him that last year the same problem was occured and i had paid for that.

You assured that the problem will not occured again but the problem has occured again this year then he talk to his boss, his boss told that i have to pay for installing a new set top box again.

I hope u take some necessary steps to solve this problem
