Non installation of Airtel Digital TV

I had applied for a new Airtel Digital TV connection. I made the payment on 21-Jun. Till 29-Jun Airtel Digital TV has not bothered to install the equipment at my home. On calling the call center they ask irrelevant questions and say, "we shall call back". They never call back and no one comes for installation. They also will not register a complaint!!
