Poor Customer Support

I had Airtel digital DTH connection from September. Really i made mistake because cant abe to add package through web site and through customer service always reply same, call after 30 minutes because server down. Past 10 days i cant hear voice in my hd setup box. I made complaints several times. same reply today ur problem got resolved. But NOTHING happening. Please dont get connection from Airtel Digital DTH. If u call customer service if they cant able to answer they disconnect your call silently. If they retain same support like that i am sure in future Airtel Digital TV will not be live and successfull. Please change the attitude and give good support to customer.
