Setup Box not working

This is in reference of dish tv satellite services, I wanted to share my experience regarding Dish tv sevices. Actually my setup box was not working from the 5 days and i made complaint on very first day (my compliant no. is 64663352), they tell me on that day your problem will be resolve in 24 hours. But, there was not any response from there side. Even in all 5 days I lodged 3 more times complaint but the issue was remains same. If they are in the area or field of customer service, they should provide quality service to customer.
