Airtel digital tv customer service is so bad that ideally they should stop it, as it is creating the company more bad than good.

I have register my complaint on 9 aug and since then i was told than it will resolved next day..but as at the time of writing nothing has been resolved..Also, airtel is cheating me by deducting 10 rs everyday from my account despite i am not using the services... also they told me that i will not get my money back..meaning they will not give me money back..i have registered following complaint since 9 aug:
