I CHANDAN KUMAR DAS A CUSTOMER OF AIRTEL DIGITAL TV (HD) ID-3007918343 SIR I WANT TO KNOW THAT IS THERE ANY PROCESS TO MAKE CHANGES/MODIFY OF MY CURRENT A-LA-CARTE PACK? BECAUSE SOME TIME MIND CHANGES TO VIEW DIFFERENT CHANNEL BUT ITS DIFFICULT TO SUBCRIBE, BECAUSE IT NIETHER SUBCRIBE THROUGH SMS FROM REGD TELEPHONE NO NOR BY CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE (TOLL FREE). A LINK SENT BY CUSTOMER CARE TO MODIFY CURRENT A-LA-CARTE PACK (WWW.AIRTEL.IN/TOPUPS/TOPUPS.HTML) I TRY MANY TIMES EVERY TIME I GOT ERROR CODE404 /PAGE NOT FOUND. ONLY ONE LENGTHY PROCEDURE WHICH IS FORWADING MAIL WITH DETAIL TO DIGITALTV@AIRTEL.IN BUT IT TAKES 1-2 DAYS TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS.IF IS THERE ANY PROCESS TO MODIFY (ADD/REMOVE) OF MY CURRENT A-LA-CARTE PACK BY ME THROUGH INTERNET OR ANY OTHER PROCEDURE EXCLUDING ABOVE METHOD THEN KINDLY HELP ME.
