Airtel Disc TV
Not responding to complain

My Airtel Disc TV is not Working from last month due to some signal problem, so i give complain to their customers care on 24-05 and my customer request no 8315217 after few days i got a message that your problem remain unresolved second time i gave complain on 27-05 and my customer request no 8434969 similarly on 28-05 customer request no 8454483 and the result is same. After 2 weak they send the engineer but they also could not solve the problem.

So, i am helpless and i don't know what to do next please help me to solve my problem.

I will be grateful to you if you take this matter into your consideration and do the needful at the earliest.
