Airtel Dish TV connection
Unjustified charge by airtel Installer

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have booked the Airtel Dish TV in the begining of Oct and had istalled the same on 9th of oct. They have claimed an amount of rs 120 towerds extra cable of 10 metere. As per the actual length of cable, it comes around 18 metre. My question is how much the cable should be given to the customer free of cost.

while booking of the dish TV, the airtel guy confirmed that the installation will be done free of cost but it is not true.

need a justification for the above please.

The name of the guy is Gaurav (Tel phone no- 8800764785) who installed the Dish and charged Rs 120 wrongly. I have all the documents for the above.
