Message that account has negative balance

I have taken a connection with airtel digital TV but in a day about 100 times i get the message " Your account balance is negative kindly recharge please ignore if already done" and its coming for a month now, called multiple times to customer care, they say we cannot give a complaint number as this is a message but it blocks my view when i am watching program and why should i face problems for issues with their system, i am so very dissapointed have to move to TATA sky can anyone let me know if i can get any refunds for cancelling my connection.
