Airtel Engineer has broken the dish and airtel is not resolving the problem

I am a Airtel digital TV SD subscriber with customer id:3005903332.

I received a call from airtel executive that Airtel has upgraded satellite and satellite settings need to be changed on my STB and Dish Antenna. On 20-Aug Mr. Ramesh (Mobile: 9902034002) from Airtel came to change satellite setting and due to some reason he was not gaining proper signals when he changed dish antenna orientation to new satellite direction.

since then our Airtel connection is down. I have lodged so many complaints (11217945, 11238679, 11285038, 11437239, 11653727) but all of them made as "problem resolved" without visiting to my premises and looking into the problem.

On 25 Aug two guys (Mobile:9880078968) from Airtel came to my home and after inspection they asked to replace dish antenna (which is under warrenty) and demanded INR600 for that.

Now my connection is down from past 20 days, so I kindly request you to refund my burned amount to my airtel account (Cust id:3005903332) for down time and rectify the problem as soon as possible.
